1. Order Processing Cut-off Times

We work hard to get your orders out the door as fast as possible.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM (EST).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the following business day.
Confirmation: You will receive an automated email as soon as your order is confirmed.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

Currently, Petcano ships exclusively to addresses within the United States.
Standard Shipping Fee: $4.99 (Flat rate for any location within the USA).
Currency: All transactions and fees are processed in USD.
No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

3. Delivery Estimates

While we strive for speed, please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Standard Delivery: 7–12 business days (This includes both processing and transit time).
Potential Delays: Delivery times may fluctuate based on carrier volume, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons.

4. Trusted Carriers &Tracking

To ensure your package arrives safely, we partner with reliable logistics providers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Tracking Number: Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.

Activation: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier's system.

Split Shipments: If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on warehouse availability. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each.

5. Address Accuracy

A successful delivery starts with a correct address!
Verification: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Petcano is not responsible for delays or mis deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Quick Fix: If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@petcano.store.

6. Issues with Delivery (Lost or Damaged)

Delayed/Lost: If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, check your tracking info or contact the carrier. If they confirm it is lost, reach out to us for a resolution.

Damaged on Arrival: If a package arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the item immediately. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement.
